Kelly completed a Bachelor in Arts at the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Laws at Queen’s University. In her years as a legal aid lawyer, Kelly gained experience in supporting people from all walks of life, and developed an appreciation for the interplay of family, social dynamics and mental health. As a certified yoga instructor, she enjoys helping her clients connect with their breath and bodies with the goal of enhancing their well-being. Kelly is interested in the family unit as a foundation for a person’s sense of self and capacity to thrive. Kelly is currently completing his Master’s of Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School and has joined the Family Psychology Centre team in the role of student therapist, providing cognitive behavioural therapy and supportive counselling to children and adolescents under the supervision of registered Clinical Psychologists.
