Chantal is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School. She earned her Honours Bachelor of Science Specializing in Mental Health Studies and a Minor in Art History from the University of Toronto in 2025. For several years, Chantal has been working as a psychoeducational instructor under the supervision of a registered psychologist, supporting children and families to reach their goals and achieve academic success. She has since expanded her experience while working with the Canadian Mental Health Association, facilitating group therapy and hosting grief and art groups.
She is experienced in working with youth with learning exceptionalities, developmental disorders and genetic disorders such as ADHD, ASD, or Down Syndrome. She is additionally passionate about working with adults seeking a safe and affirming therapeutic space. Chantal employs an integrative approach, merging valuable elements from different perspectives to serve her clients. She hopes to promote exploration through experiential-based approaches while incorporating creativity and art. She is enthusiastic about working alongside clients to tailor her clinical approach to be individualized and supportive.
