Autriya is currently completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School and earned her Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto in 2021.
For the past four years, Autriya has been working as a psychometrist under the supervision of a registered psychologist, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through the psychological assessment process. She has experience working with diverse populations, including individuals who have sustained traumatic injuries. She brings care and sensitivity to each person’s unique circumstances.
Autriya draws from evidence-based approaches such as Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy for Youth (EFT-Y), and recently completed her Level 1 training in EFT-Y. She is also a registered yoga teacher with a strong interest in meditation, mindfulness, and sound healing, which inform her holistic approach to care.
Autriya is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where individuals, couples and families feel heard and respected as they work together toward greater clarity, healing, and growth.
