With a solid academic background in psychology and neuroscience from the University of Toronto, and pursuit of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Tamanna deeply appreciates the intricate connection between the mind and body.

To assist clients in achieving their goals, Tamanna utilizes an integrative approach that combines various evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and Adlerian psychotherapy. This comprehensive strategy allows Tamanna to tailor the treatment to individual needs and enhance the overall therapeutic process for her clients.
