Serena is in her fourth year of the Specialized Honours Program in Psychology at York University. Serena’s goal is to pursue her graduate studies in Clinical Psychology where she wishes to be trained as a researcher and clinician. Serena has a passion for research on trauma and different psychological treatments that are used for a variety of mental health concerns. Currently, Serena is a lab coordinator and data manager with the Emotion Transformation Lab, where she helps with participant recruitment, data management, and other tasks to assist in the success of the lab.
Serena joined the Family Psychology team in April 2021 as a Clinical Administrator. She looks forward to being a part of the team and learning what it takes to run a psychology clinic. Whenever Serena has spare time, she loves to walk her dog, read, and learn new things.
