Katarina graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Guelph Humber, as well as a certificate in Organizational Behaviour. At FPC, Katarina is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre and providing support to patients and clinicians. She designs and implements effective processes for patient experiences from the initial interaction families have with the admin team to billing as well as internal and external correspondence. Above all, Katarina works closely with the clinical team to prepare, organize, and manage health care delivery and support the overall satisfaction of our patients and families.
