Marina Baranov
BSc (Hons.)
CLINICAL INTAKE COORDINATOR
Marina graduated with Distinction from the University of Toronto Scarborough with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Marina is taking some time to gain practical experience in the field of mental health before pursuing her dream of becoming a Social Worker. Growing up in a small town where access to mental health resources is limited, Marina understands the impact of this limited access on communities in need and hopes that one day she can bring her knowledge and practical experience to these small communities, so that individuals can get the support they need.
Marina joined the FPC team in the Spring 2023. Her role on the team includes completing clinical intake consultations, registering new families, scheduling and billing appointments, and supporting the clinical team as a coordinator. Marina also oversees the Support team at Family Psychology Centre, overseeing psychology students and other volunteers throughout their placement.
