Fleur is a psychometrist at the Family Psychology Centre, providing cognitive, attentional, developmental, and psycho-educational assessments to children and adolescents. Fleur’s breadth of experience, education, and professional expertise contribute to a cultural sensitive approach in her work.
Fleur is an alumna of Canada’s National Ballet School’s professional ballet program. She enjoyed a brief but varied career in Canada and Europe as a professional ballet dancer. After ballet, Fleur graduated with a Masters of Science degree in Archaeology, from the Anthropology Department at the University of Toronto, specializing in sunken coastal sites. Underwater fieldwork abroad and research triggered a lifelong love of learning and global adventure.
Fleur has gone on to work in communications and marketing roles ranging from the promotion of First Nations, Métis and Inuit culture internationally for Global Affairs Canada to working as a Senior Consultant, CIBC Business Banking.
At Family Psychology Centre, Fleur provides assessment services to children and adolescents with a focus on collaboration and communication in all of her interactions. Fleur strives to generate the best possible partnerships with families at the centre.
