Kelly Enright

Kelly completed a Bachelor in Arts at the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Laws at Queen’s University. In her years as a legal aid lawyer, Kelly gained experience in supporting people from all walks of life, and developed an appreciation for the interplay of family, social dynamics, and mental health. As a certified yoga instructor, she enjoys helping her clients connect with their breath and bodies with the goal of enhancing their well-being.
Kelly is interested in the family unit as a foundation for a person’s sense of self and capacity to thrive. She provides treatment for clients with a history of complex trauma as well as grief, and is also a member of FPC’s Birth to Six team, offering therapy and consultation for our youngest clients and their families. Kelly is currently in the final stages of completing her Master’s of Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School and has joined the Family Psychology Centre team in the role of child and family therapist, providing Emotion Focused Therapy for Youth (EFT-Y), parent-child dyadic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) for children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, mood difficulties, family and relationship challenges, trauma, and other socio-emotional concerns. Kelly provides support to children, adolescents, and their parents under the supervision of registered Clinical Psychologists at FPC.
