Leah Sack

Leah is a doctoral candidate in the Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology program at the University of Guelph. Leah has received clinical training at the Toronto District School Board (TDSB), Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), and Maplewoods Centre for Family Therapy and Child Psychology. She has experience conducting comprehensive assessments and providing evidence-based psychotherapy to children and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, selective mutism, life transitions, as well as interpersonal and behavioural difficulties. Leah utilizes a variety of treatment approaches, such as EFT, EFFT, ACT, and CBT, to meet the specific needs of youth and their families. She consistently strives to cultivate a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment for her clients and their families.
