clinic, clinical teaching program, and clinical research institute. Patient care is
provided by a team of psychologists, psychotherapists, clinical social workers, and child psychiatrists.

As part of our continued expansion of support services for our clinical team, we are looking for individuals with a background in customer service, medical administration, or business management to fill a full-time Clinical Administrator position. Psychology students will not be considered for this position.
The Clinical Administrator will support the operational and administrative functions of the clinic, including patient relations, billing, scheduling, and coordination of the clinical team. FPC will be a great fit if you are looking to advance your career in administration in a clinical setting. Candidates should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with kids and families.
Previous experience is not required, and all required training will be provided. Please note that while psychology students would not be suitable for this position, they are encouraged to consider applying to our research institute or our clinic support team.

About Family Psychology Centre
The Family Psychology Centre comprises a full-service psychology clinic, clinical teaching program, and clinical research institute. We are a well-established, busy practice in North York and receive patient referrals from community-based psychologists, pediatricians, physicians, GTA hospitals, and children’s mental health agencies. We are also home to the Emotion Transformation Research Lab, and offer training and supervision in emotion focused approaches.
Our dynamic team includes clinical psychologists, supervised practice candidates, practicum students, and clinical social workers. The team works closely together, collaborating on patient care with local pediatricians, family doctors, and psychiatrists. We also offer comprehensive assessments, including cognitive, ADHD, psycho-educational, socio-emotional, and ASD assessments.
About the Position:
We are looking for psychologists and doctoral-level trainees with an interest in collaborative care drawing from a range of clinical approaches including EFT, CBT, DBT, ACT, and art/play therapy.
Client referral concerns include:
- Anxiety
- Attention difficulties
- Mood disorders
- Attachment and parent-child difficulties
- Behavioural problems
- School and learning problems
- Parenting difficulties
- Complex trauma
- Family relational problems
Depending on your interest, the position can include a combination of providing consultation, assessment, individual treatment, family-based treatment, and group therapy. Prior experience in specific modalities is not required, and supervision is available. Training and supervision in EFFT Parent Coaching is also provided to interested candidates.
Psychologists in Supervised Practice are particularly encouraged to apply. Clinical supervision, ongoing professional development and training opportunities will be provided in-house, including individual, group, and team supervision.
