Child and Family Therapist
Nadia’s integrative approach to therapy draws from a variety of client-centered, therapeutic modalities including brief and narrative, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioural and emotion focused family therapy. She incorporates over 20 years of combined teaching and clinical experience to deliver individual child therapy, family therapy, school advocacy, and psychological assessment.
Nadia completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology as well as certification in psychological assessment. Her passion for psychological practice keeps her engaged in ongoing training and research studies in a commitment to stay current and relevant in the field. Her dedication to her clients is evident in her collaborative approach and well as a warm and empathetic nature.
Nadia welcomes the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, and families. She also provides psychological assessment for children aged 6-16, including gifted testing, psycho-educational assessment, and testing of attentional functioning (ADHD assessments). She also provides treatment services for a range of clinical concerns that include mood disorders, attention, stress, family conflict, relationship and parenting issues.
