Jessica is a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with both the College of Psychotherapists and the Canadian College of Counsellors. She holds a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto (OISE) and a Bachelors of Education from Queens’ University. As an integrative counsellor with experience in primary care, education, child and teen therapy, family therapy, and couples therapy, she is able to work with a range of presenting concerns.
Jessica is both a clinician and teacher with fifteen years of experience supporting children, parents and families to thrive. She views clinical work with families as a powerful opportunity to heal and build resiliency. Jessica has specialized training in a variety of evidence-based therapies including DBT, CBT, EFT, EFFT, Mindfulness and trauma work. She focuses on the mind-body connection to support holistic health and wellbeing. Jessica’s approach to therapy is gentle, integrative and collaborative. Jessica supports clients to understand, experience and tolerate emotions and to shift out of behaviours, thoughts and coping that are no longer serving them. Jessica is honoured to support her clients in expressing their authentic selves and finding relief, hope, healing, and wellbeing.
